HP Room

The High Performance Room is a dedicated space fitted with four elite squat racks and platforms, perfect for weight lifting. It provides all the equipment you need for a high level, free weights workout, as well as a secluded area of the gym to train in privacy.

WOMEN’S WEIGHTS

Monday – Thursday, 4:00 – 7:30PM

A dedicated space for our female members to workout with privacy and confidence. This timeslot runs in the evenings from Monday to Thursday, 4.00 – 7.30pm, and gives wāhine an opportunity to train hard and try new things.

WOMEN’S LEARN TO LIFT WORKSHOPS
(FREE FOR STUDENTS)

Tuesdays (5 March – 23 April) 6.30 – 7.30pm

A free intro to the gym workshop for wāhine students and members that teaches you how to set up and use equipment, along with correct technique for the squat, deadlift, bench and more!

The relaxed one hour sessions are run by Fitness Trainer Elyse and come with no expectations. All you need is a gym towel and a ‘give it a go’ attitude!

Spaces are limited – UniRec members can book online, non-members can book at reception.
