Three dedicated Cardio Zones to get your heart pumping and energy flowing with treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines, stair masters, bikes and heaps more. With three different zones spread across the gym, you’ll always be able to find a free spot, even at peak times.

UPSTAIRS WEIGHTS ROOM

Designed for lifters of all levels, this 360sqm dedicated strength and resistance zone is home to a wide range of machines, squat racks, platforms and free weights. With plenty of room to move and equipment to match your goals, it’s got everything you need to build muscle, increase power and refine technique.

GROUP EXERCISE ROOM

Our large Group Exercise Room is more than just a class space – it’s a dynamic, open-plan training zone available to you anytime (except during Zumba). With machines, battle ropes, a sled and more, this space is built for movement, power and functional fitness, whether you’re jumping into a group session or doing your own thing.

TE WHARE WHAKAKAHA (WOMEN’S GYM)

Strength, confidence, community. Welcome to Te Whare Whakakaha, a dedicated strength space for women to train with confidence, privacy and support. This intimate, private gym is equipped with two squat racks and platforms, benches and a range of dumbbells, providing everything you need to lift, grow and thrive.

THE VAULT (FREE WEIGHTS ZONE)

Step into The Vault, our no frills free weights area designed for strength enthusiasts. This rugged powerhouse space is equipped with two elite squat racks and platforms, a versatile dual pulley system and a selection of benches and dumbbells. The Vault provides the tools and atmosphere to elevate your training.
