Apoorva’s classes include Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (postures) and Vinyasa flow.

She found yoga helped her navigate through the challenges of intermediate and high school, cultivating a strong inner confidence. Guided by The Ralston Method, Holly crafts playful yet intelligent Vinyasa flows, blending strength and flexibility. Studying at Waikato, with a background in outdoor education and a focus on overall wellness, her sessions are designed to empower participants, leaving them feeling lighter and stronger.
