We understand that there are times when you simply can’t use your membership. That’s why we allow all UniRec members the option of placing their membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 60 accumulative days within a 12-month period. If you would like to place your membership on hold, simply fill out the form on the CONTACT US page (selecting ‘Memberships and Pricing’ as your enquiry type) and provide the start and end date you would like your membership on hold and a brief reason why (i.e. travel, medical).
