The UniRec LifeFit programme is designed for seniors (60+) who want to be active and improve their physical strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
The programme is supervised and offers enjoyable and achievable exercise sessions with a strong social aspect, that focus on resistance and cardiovascular training at a light and manageable pace.

CLASS TIMES:
LIFEFIT LOW: MONDAYS & THURSDAYS, 8.30AM – 9.30AM
Low impact with upbeat music with an emphasis on lifestyle and oppurtunities to socialise, ideal for easy exercisers and seniors.
FOCUS: balance, strength, cardio
EXPECT: body weight resistance and music
SUPERVISED RESISTANCE & CARDIO TRAINING: TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS, 7.00AM – 9.00AM
Supervised training sessions in the Group Exercise Room that offer a dedicated space to workout with a LifeFit Consultant available for advice, programming and more.
SPORT FOR SENIORS: WEDNESDAY, 8.00AM – 9.00AM
Fun, relaxed sport sessions with an emphasis on giving it a go and moving the body in a low impact activity run by a UniRec staff member. Sports includes badminton and volleyball.
