The UniRec LifeFit programme is designed for seniors (60+) who want to be active and improve their physical strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. The programme is supervised and offers enjoyable and achievable exercise sessions with a strong social aspect, that focus on resistance and cardiovascular training at a light and manageable pace.
