Wāhine Options

WOMEN’S WEIGHTS

A dedicated space exclusive to female members to workout with privacy and confidence, fitted with squat racks and lifting platforms with all the equipment needed for a full free weights workout.

When: Monday – Thursday, 4.00 – 7.30pm

Where: UniRec Te Whare Whakakaha/HP Room

WOMEN’S LEARN TO LIFT WORKSHOPS
(FREE FOR STUDENTS)

Intro workshops, exclusive to wāhine, designed to teach you gym basics in a relaxed environment. The one hour sessions are run by female trainers and come with no expectations. All you need is a gym towel and a ‘give it a go’ attitude!
