WOMEN’S LEARN TO LIFT WORKSHOPS
(FREE FOR STUDENTS AND MEMBERS)

A free intro to the gym workshop for wāhine students and members that teaches you how to set up and use equipment, along with correct technique for the squat, deadlift, bench and more!
The relaxed one hour sessions are run by Fitness Trainer Elyse and come with no expectations. All you need is a gym towel and a ‘give it a go’ attitude!
Spaces are limited – UniRec members can book online, non-members can book at reception.
