Why choose indoor cycling?

Not only are our classes an extremely effective way to burn fat (it’s possible to burn between 400 – 600 calories in one 45 minute session) – they are also an ideal way to build / tone muscles and increase cardiovascular endurance whilst minimising stress to the bones and joints. All classes are also delivered indoor - which means no sudden rain showers, no navigating traffic and no pot holes!
