Bootcamps and Group Trainings
Ness’ Bootcamp

Join Ness and her legendary Bootcamp to improve overall performance with exercises adjusted to cater for a wide range of fitness levels.
The Bootcamp includes:
- 6.00 – 7.00am sessions every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Resistance Training (bodyweight, weighted and core-focused)
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Functional/Mobility-based Movement
Ness’ Bootcamps run across the year in blocks of 8-12 weeks. You pay upfront for the block (based on how many days you choose).
