Our in-house personal training service is designed to help you achieve results faster by providing expertise, support and accountability. Working with a personal trainer offers a range of benefits, including:

Ness’ Bootcamp

Join Ness and her legendary Bootcamp to improve overall performance with exercises adjusted to cater for a wide range of fitness levels.

The Bootcamp includes:

  • 6.00 – 7.00am sessions every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Resistance Training (bodyweight, weighted and core-focused)
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Functional/Mobility-based Movement

Ness’ Bootcamps run across the year in blocks of 8-12 weeks. You pay upfront for the block (based on how many days you choose).
