Challenge Timeline
Week 0: Foundation Week
19 – 25 January includes:
- Comprehensive Body Composition Scan
- Fitness Testing session (strength, cardio, speed and jump)
- One-on-one induction and goal setting consultation
Week 1 – 7: The Challenge
26 January – 15 March includes:
- 2-3 exclusive small group training sessions with UniRec coaches
- Follow 2x 4 week training blocks tailored to your experience and goals
- Build consistency, confidence and momentum
Week 8: Re-testing and Review
16 – 22 March includes:
- End-of-challenge Body Scan
- Fitness Re-testing (whichever areas you wish to review)
- Full results review with UniRec Coach
- Awards and prizes
