Our 8 Week Challenge is designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and create sustainable habits with expert support every step of the way. Whether you’re a current UniRec member or completely new to the gym, this challenge gives you the accountability and community to push you further.

Limited to just 20 participants to ensure a premium, personalised experience.

What’s Included

  • Coaching and support – induction/goal setting with UniRec coach
  • Body Composition Scan – track changes with a body scan (beginning and end)
  • Personalised Training Program
  • Fitness Testing – strength, cardiovascular, speed and jump testing (beginning and end)

Challenge Timeline

Week 0: Foundation Week
19 – 25 January includes:

  • Comprehensive Body Composition Scan
  • Fitness Testing session (strength, cardio, speed and jump)
  • One-on-one induction and goal setting consultation

Week 1 – 7: The Challenge
26 January – 15 March includes:

  • 2-3 exclusive small group training sessions with UniRec coaches
  • Follow 2x 4 week training blocks tailored to your experience and goals
  • Build consistency, confidence and momentum

Week 8: Re-testing and Review
16 – 22 March includes:

  • End-of-challenge Body Scan
  • Fitness Re-testing (whichever areas you wish to review)
  • Full results review with UniRec Coach
  • Awards and prizes

  • UniRec Members: $199
  • Non-members: $399 (includes 9 week UniRec membership)
