Our in-house personal training service is designed to help you achieve results faster by providing expertise, support and accountability. Working with a personal trainer offers a range of benefits, including:

  • Access to a dedicated exercise professional who will tailor programmes and sessions specific to your needs and goals

Sessions are a great mix of cardio, resistance, mobility and core using your own body weight, weight plates, bags and more.

Who: Suitable for ALL fitness levels (train at your own intensity)

Dates & Times: Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings 6:00am-7:00am (starts Tuesday 11 June)

Where: Uni Rec Gym (indoors and outdoors)

Cost: 2 day/week: $338 or  1 day/week: $169
