Spring back into Exercise

Spring is almost here, which means Summer is just around the corner!
Spring back into exercise and get ready to drop those stubborn Winter pounds at UniRec!
If Winter means you've taken a break from exercising, here are a few tips and tricks to try and get that Summer body in to shape:
- Schedule a yearly exam around the start of Spring, so you know you're healthy and good to go as you begin to gear up your activity level.
- Start slow: being with an easy exercise program such as an easy walking regimen and a stretching routine.
- After you're warmed up and ready to spring into action, you're more than likely to continue exercising through the warmer months. So don't let it all go to waste by hibernating next winter. Keep up the exercise, so you don't have to start that exercise program all over again. Your body and your health will thank you for it!
