The first event in our 2016 Workshop Series, Resistance Training 101 will cover the fundamentals of weight lifting, including an overview of the various muscle groups, an explanation of how your body adapts to different forms of resistance training (hypertrophy, strength, etc.) and a rundown of how to avoid the common mistakes. We'll also be giving away free workout plans to those in attendance.
