Placing Your Membership 'On Hold'

As we head into another awesome New Zealand summer, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind you that you can place your membership ‘on hold’ if you’re heading away for the break. That way, you won’t be charged for the gym whilst you’re not here to use it!

Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 60 accumulative days within a 12-month period. If you would like to place your membership on hold, simply fill out the form on the CONTACT US page (selecting 'Memberships and Pricing' as your enquiry type) and provide the start and end date you would like your membership on hold and a brief reason why (i.e. travel, medical).

Please note that no fixed term memberships cannot be placed on hold and that management reserve the right to decline ‘on hold’ requests.
