Exciting New Courses Starting Soon...

Keen to learn something new? We're excited to announce three brand new, one-off courses which are set to kick off over the next few weeks - Sports Nutrition, Breakdance and Weight Management.


SPORTS NUTRITION | Tuesdays, 6.45 - 7.45pm | Starts 6 September

Providing detailed insights into effective sports nutrition strategy, our 4-week Sports Nutrition course will cover a range of topics, including:

  • How to balance sports nutrition, healthy eating and exercise goals
  • How to effectively build muscle
  • Fueling and recovery strategies
  • The importance of correct pre-game nutrition

This course will be taught by qualified nutritionist Claire Gibson and is suitable for those involved in any sport.


Breakdance | FRIdays, 6.45 - 7.45pm | Starts 9 September

For those keen to step out of their comfort zone and try something a little different, our 4-week Breakdance Intro course provides the perfect opportunity.

Led by experienced dancer Jerry Lynn Thomas, this course will cover the breakdancing basics whilst providing a fun, sweat-inducing workout. No previous dance experience is required so why not give it a go!?


Weight Management | Tuesdays, 6.45pm - 7.45pm | Starts 4 October

Managing your weight can be extremely difficult. Our 4-Week Weight Management course is designed to provide realistic, straight-forward advise around how to design and maintain an effective, sustainable weight management plan. Taught by qualified nutritionist Claire Gibson, topics will include:

  • Why we eat the way we do
  • Prioritising and making goals
  • Tracking and rewards
  • Achieving long-term success
