UNDER 16
As part of our duty to uphold the safety of minors, we do not allow anyone under 16 years of age to join UniRec, except under specific circumstances, and with approval from the Health & Fitness Manager – to contact please email [email protected].
UNDER 18
If you are aged between 16 – 17 years of age and are wanting to take on a Direct Debit membership, a guarantor must sign the GUARANTEE FORM. Please note, this form MUST be completed in person at reception.
Remember, your parent or guardian must fill out the form and sign it before you can take on a direct debit payment.
