Yoga Info

Alongside our fantastic Group Exercise classes, UniRec Yoga classes are a great way to relieve the day's stress.

Our weekly yoga classes  focus on breathing, flexibility and strengthening your muscles. Taught by qualified instructors, they’re suitable for all abilities. All equipment is provided - just remember to wear clothing that won't restrict your movement.

Book your spot ONLINE, over the phone or at reception (either on the new UR Self-Service Kiosk or ask one of our friendly staff. 

Members and concession card holders can book a spot in a yoga class up to 7 days before the class.

Casual entry can book up to 2 hours before a class – these can only be done in person.


Our weekly Yoga classes are free for UniRec members to attend. For non-members, casual rates apply. 

 Note: A maximum of 25 participants per class applies, with classes operating on a first come, first served basis. There are no Yoga classes on public holidays.
