Combining high and low impact cardiovascular exercises in a varied 45 minute workout, Cardio Blast will help take your fitness to the next level – regardless of whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast. Cardio Blast is a ‘run free’ class and includes bikes, skipping, steps, circuits and intervals.
