Body Blast is a challenging cross training class encompassing a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises using machine weights, body weight, barbells and more to target your entire body and improve your fitness.

Focused on increasing stamina, strength and fat burning, this class is 55 minutes of challenging exercise. Body Blast express (45 minutes) is also available for those looking for a shorter workout.
